All prices are in Euro (EUR). Prices are subject to change without notice. We offer no VAT refunds on order to non-EU countries. Please note, that prices when shipping to non-EU countries do not include VAT and therefore, such orders are not eligible for refund. The amount of the goods will not be deducted from the cardholders until the goods are shipped. For partial delivery, only the amount corresponding to the actual delivery is deducted. We reserve the right for price and printing errors on the Website and reserve the right to cancel the order in the event of a material and / or obvious error.

You will receive a Track & Trace number, that allows you to follow your package from us to you.
If you regret your purchase / Claims
ClassicTroll.com provide 14 days full return policy valid from the day the item is received. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item.
You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notice should be given to email@example.com. In your communication, please make it clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You cannot regret simply by refusing to receive the item without giving us clear notice beforehand.
You must return your order to us without undue delay and within 14 days of notifying us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs associated with the return of the item. Upon return, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly wrapped. You bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery of the goods.
You will lose your right of withdrawal if you break the seal on the item.

Repayment of the purchase amount
If you cancel your purchase, we will of course refund the amount you paid us. We can withhold the refund until we have received the item, unless you have provided documentation before returning it.
What should I send back?
You must attach / attach a copy of the order confirmation in the email that you send to us.
Classictroll.com provides a 24 month warranty. This means that you can either get the goods exchanged, the money back or the price reduction, depending on the specific situation.
